Paying Your Bill

Bills for electric service should be in your mailbox or email inbox by the middle of each month. If you do not receive a bill, please contact us. Even if you do not receive a bill, you are still responsible for the electricity consumed. Bills are considered delivered when deposited at the U.S. Post Office with postage or an email is sent via SmartHub Messenger. It is your responsibility to keep Lincoln Electric informed of your current mailing or email address.

Paying Your Bill

Pay online using SmartHub! SmartHub subscribers enjoy the convenience of viewing and paying their bill online. Key features include viewing your usage and payment history, making a payment, contacting Lincoln Electric, receiving important notifications, and setting up AutoPay. You can choose to pay your bill with a major credit card or U.S. checking account. There are no extra fees for this service. SmartHub uses secure technology to protect your transactions.

To sign up for SmartHub, click on the Pay Online button at the top of the website and follow the instructions to set up your online account access. Don’t forget to download the SmartHub app for your device here

Pay in Person

Our office is located at 312 Osloski Road in Eureka. You may pay via our drive-thru or walk-in during regular business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. As an added convenience, both our office and InterBel Telephone Cooperative’s office at 300 Dewey Avenue in Eureka have Lincoln Electric payment deposit boxes for after-hours payments year-round.

You may also mail in your payment using the self-addressed envelope that comes with your monthly bill.

Auto Pay PLan

Payments can be automatically drafted on a specific date each month from a U.S. checking or savings account, or from a U.S. or international credit or debit card account. Members wishing to have their bill paid automatically can enroll through SmartHub or using our PCI-compliant phone payments at 833-890-6258.

Pay by phone

You can make single payments using our PCI-compliant phone system at 833-890-6258. Simply follow the prompts to set up your account access and make a payment.
