The Board of Trustees has two seats up for election. Tina Taurman District-7 and Sandi Mason District-6. Petition for nomination must be complete and submitted by 12:00 pm on Thursday, December 12, 2024.

Each of your eight Lincoln Electric trustees is elected by you, our members. Every trustee is a member of the cooperative and brings their own unique set of skills and knowledge to the board.
Lincoln Electric’s service area is divided into two districts, both of which have at least two representatives on the board. Board members serve three-year terms with three trustees elected each spring and announced at the Annual Meeting.
Responsibilities
Collectively, your Board of Trustees are responsible for establishing, reviewing, and revising corporate policies to ensure Lincoln Electric continues to keep service to the membership foremost in mind, while maintaining a stable, yet competitive, position in the industry.
