Board Meetings
Board Meetings are held at the LEC Main Office Board Room located at 312 osloski Road, eureka at 4:00 p.m.
Lincoln Electric Co-op holds its board meetings on the third Monday of each month unless a recognized holiday falls on that date. LEC members are encouraged to attend these meetings to stay informed and involved. If members have any topics they wish to discuss or have an interest in, they are encouraged to contact the General Manager before the meeting to ensure their concerns are included in the agenda.
Why attend a Board Meeting?
Collectively, your Board of Trustees is responsible for establishing, reviewing, and revising corporate policies to ensure LEC continues to keep service to the membership foremost in mind while maintaining a stable, yet competitive, position in the industry. We encourage all members to attend board meetings so they can take ownership of their cooperative and have a direct impact on decisions that affect their community. By participating, you can stay informed and involved in shaping the future of Lincoln Electric. Your voice matters in helping guide the direction of your co-op!
