Rebate Information
Lincoln Electric Cooperative is promoting the construction and purchase of energy efficient manufactured housing by offering incentive payments to home buyers purchasing new electrically heated manufactured homes built to the Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Housing Program (NEEM) standards, and sited within our service territory. Lincoln Electric Cooperative will offer qualifying home buyers a $1,200 cash incentive after the home is set-up to these specifications and verified by a Lincoln Electric representative.
Who is Eligible?
This program is designed for members who have purchased a new electrically heated manufactured home built to the Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Housing Program (NEEM) standards, and sited within our service territory.

Forms and Documents
1. Complete the Homeowner Information Section
Fill out the homeowner information section on the attached NEEM Rebate Form.
2. Make a Copy and Submit for Verification
Make a copy of the form and submit it to LEC to verify your eligibility for the program. Keep the original form for your records.
3. Final Inspection and Approval
LEC will schedule a home visit to verify the provided information and ensure compliance with program requirements.
8. Receive Your Rebate
Once final approval is granted, your rebate check, as specified on the participation form, will be mailed to you within four weeks.
